Killer Croc is on the prowl. His latest victim is a girl named Whitney. Alice is released from Arkham, but only on the condition that she wears an ankle bracelet.
Alice and Batwoman question the man who claims to be Killer Croc’s father. He tells them his son, Steven, got infected after getting a cut from the original Killer Croc’s tooth that they stumbled upon while fishing. Killer croc gives in to his instincts and ends up killing his father.
Luke and Mary’s relationship is under strain because he hasn’t been telling her the whole truth about his injury. Ryan tells Jada that she’s her daughter. After Alice pries off her ankle monitor with a cattle prod, Batwing injects her with trackers and she is sent back to Arkham.
