Bel-Air Episode 10 Speculation
In a surprising turn of events, the much-awaited debate actually turns into an announcement by Phil that he will be withdrawing from his campaign and taking more time to be with his family. Will and Carlton had rushed to tell Phil that Fred was planning on using what happened in Philly against him in the debate and he reassures them that all will be well. This move had to have been extremely hard for Phil but perhaps it was needed to be done to ensure that the media doesn’t find out about the fight and Will’s arrest.
With Phil no longer taking part in the campaign, Vivian might actually get the chance to take up the fellowship and follow her dreams of getting back into the art world. Will Vivian take up the offer? Will Geoffrey come back? What challenges await the Banks family next? Find out in the season finale.

Bel-Air Episode 9 Recap
The Banks family attends Sunday Service at their church and Carlton sings in the choir after a long time. However, his anxiety gets the best of him and he rushes off stage. Will offers him support and comfort and stops him from doing coke again. Carlton is grateful to Will for being there for him and thanks him, and even claims he’s done with drugs.
Geoffrey goes behind Phil’s back to acquire information about Will’s birth father that he had asked for. Geoffrey hands him a white envelope and cautions him that the contents might change the dynamics of the family and it could be detrimental to their relationships. Eventually, Will decides that he doesn’t want to know. Phil gets agitated when he finds out about Geoffrey going behind his back like that. The friction between the two only increased when Geoffrey decides to defend himself and give Phil some brutally honest feedback about how even Vivian had to sacrifice her dreams for his. This leads to Phil firing Geoffrey.
Meanwhile, Vivian is offered the Nieman Fellowship and the representatives tell her she has 24 hours to decide whether or not she would like to take up the offer. With Will moving and Phil’s campaign, she had been ready to turn it down. Lisa finds out about what happened in Philly and gets disappointed with Will for lying to her about it when she confronts him upon her father’s suggestion. She warns Will that her father might try to use his arrest during the debate with his uncle.
