Cardi B Has a New Feud With Peppa Pig

Seems like Cardi B has gotten herself involved in yet another dispute. But you’d be surprised to see that this time, her feud is with a fictional character from a preschool animated series.

That’s right. Cardi B expressed her frustration over how the popular animated cartoon series, Peppa Pig, influenced her two-year-old daughter Kulture. And it’s not in a way the rapper would appreciate.

Before we get into the details and why, let’s discuss what we know about Peppa Pig.

Peppa pig is a preschool cartoon series that airs on Channel 5 and Nick Jr. It first aired on May 31, 2004, and has been going strong since.

In its eight series (2 of which were special extras) franchise, the show has over 300 episodes in its arsenal. Each episode runs for about 5 minutes on average. The show follows a female anthropomorphic pig named Peppa with her family and friends.

In an exasperated tweet, she mentioned how Kulture has been watching Peppa Pig. She says that every time Kulture sees a wet puddle, she wants to stomp on top of it.

The Bodak Yellow rapper expressed how annoyed she gets over Kulture dirtying her expensive uggs. She even went as far as to warn the pig to “COUNT YOUR F**KIN DAYS.” Her words, literally.

To follow up on her threat, she retweeted a video edited by a fan with Cardi’s voice and Kulture’s face over a Peppa Pig clip. The tweet was captioned, “Soooo bute lols.”

Of course, toddlers learn what they see, but it’s not entirely Peppa’s fault. Sometimes, kids want to splash in puddles and water. They are carefree like that.

Cardi is not the first parent to blame TV for their kid’s behavior and habits. We are sure that when Kulture grows up, she will grow out of her Peppa Pig and puddle jumping phase.
