Blake walks right into a trap when he orders a break-in to steal the documents. It turns out that Ben knew he would do this and getting proof of the break-in gave him the evidence he needed to have Blake’s motion to dismiss the case rejected and move it to court. The feud between the two brothers is bound to become messier from this point on. Will the family be forced to take sides?
Alexis comes across Kirby’s diary which has a list of all the secrets her father knew about the Carringstons. Giving the diary to Ben could be disastrous for Blake in court as it would give him more than enough ammunition to win the case. Will Kirby realize the diary is missing? Stay tuned to find out.

Dynasty Season 5 Episode 16 Recap
Fallon gets concerned after seeing the feud between Blake and Ben being front-page news in the local newspaper. Cristal reassures her that Blake and his legal team are in the process of filing a motion to dismiss Ben’s case and it’s only a matter of time until the matter is put to rest. However, Fallon is not convinced and believes they should take a more aggressive approach.
Dominique reveals that Ben intends to subpoena documents detailing Blake’s conversations with his father’s lawyer after his mother’s death. While Cristal believes this is too risky a move to make before the trial has even started, Blake and Fallon both agree that they should destroy the documents.
Despite her inhibitions, Cristal decides to join Fallon in her mission to find out the location of the documents so they could later sneak into the building and steal them. The two of them end up getting into an argument because they can’t agree on how they should sneak into the building, causing Cristal to eventually storm out. Fallon has a change of heart and decides she doesn’t want to play dirty anymore. She suggests an alternative to Blake, but he sticks to their original plan.
