Extraordinary Attorney Woo Episode 10 Recap
While Young Woo is on the subway, she comes across a man being knocked down and handcuffed by two police officers. The man claims this arrest is illegal as the police officers do not have a warrant. Upon hearing this, Young Woo corroborates his statement and identifies herself as an attorney.
The police officers then follow the due procedure to make an emergency arrest and declare the charges against the man—sexual assault against a person with a disability. Young Woo and Su Yeon are later assigned this case. The defendant, a man named Yeong-il, asserts that the charges against him are false and that he truly loves Hye Young.
While Su Yeon believes they should back out of the case, Young Woo wants to defend Yeong-il as she believes it is likely that he’s innocent. Myeong Seok tells her to go ahead with the case. However, he warns her that the case is tricky as it could mean they might have to dismiss the victim’s testimony, who in this case is a person with a disability.
Young Woo asks Jun Ho if he still likes her. When he confirms, she suggests that they go out on a few dates before officially declaring themselves as a couple and hands him a folder with ideas for dates.
