FX Announces Premiere Dates for American Horror Stories, Archer, And More

At long last, your favorite and most anticipated shows are coming to TV.

Today FX announced, via Tweets, the 2021 premiere dates for American Horror Story: Double Feature, American Horror Stories, Impeachment: American Crime Story, What We Do in the Shadows, Y: The Last Man, and more.

Here’s a glimpse at the full schedule:

  • American Horror Stories: Thursday, July 15
  • Reservation Dogs: Monday, August 9
  • American Horror Story: Double Feature: Wednesday, August 25
  • Archer Season 12: Wednesday, August 25
  • What We Do in the Shadows Season 3: Thursday, September 2
  • Impeachment: American Crime Story: Tuesday, September 7
  • Y: The Last Man: Monday, September 13
  • Untitled B.J. Novak Anthology Series: Thursday, September 16

First, the new limited series American Horror Stories will debut its first two of seven episodes on July 15 on FX on Hulu. The much-anticipated spinoff series to American Horror Story will feature a new and twisting horror tale in every episode.

That will then be followed by Taika Waititi’s Reservation Dogs, premiere on August 9 on FX on Hulu. The new half-hour comedy will follow the exploits of four Indigenous teenagers in rural Oklahoma. They steal, rob, and save to get to the exotic, mysterious, and faraway land of California.

The newest installment of the flagship anthology franchise, entitled American Horror Story: Double Feature, will premiere on August 25 at 10 pm on FX. The 10th season of the Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk thriller will be doing the unthinkable this time around.

The beloved animated comedy Archer will return with its 12th season and debut two episodes back-to-back on August 25 at 10 pm on FXX.

While Season 3 of What We Do in the Shadows will launch on September 2 at 10 pm on FXX, there will be ten episodes in this new season, which will deal with everything from werewolf kickball to Colin Robinson’s 100th birthday.

Y: The Last Man will debut on September 13 on FX on Hulu. Based on Brian K. Vaughan and Pia Guerra’s comic of the same name, the series traverses a post-apocalyptic world in which a cataclysmic event decimates every mammal with a Y chromosome but for one cisgender man and his pet monkey

Ready for another heavy hitter? You’ve got it because Impeachment: American Crime Story will premiere on September 7 at 10 pm on FX.

Centered around the Clinton scandal, it will follow Paula Jones, Monica Lewinsky, and Linda Tripp amid the country’s first impeachment proceedings in over a century.

However, an untitled B.J. Novak series will begin streaming with its first two episodes on September 16 on FX on Hulu.
