Earlier, Harley Quinn used to air on the DC Universe streaming platform. But now, after the arrival of HBO Max, WarnerMedia has rebranded DC Universe into DC Universe Infinite, a comic-only service.

The next season of Harley Quinn is about to be a ten-episode installment into the anti-hero TV series. As mentioned above, unlike the previous seasons’ release in DC Universe, Harley Quinn Season 3 is set to premiere on HBO Max.

Season 2 ended with Harley and Ivy finally get the happy ending they deserve and drive off into the sunset together. Now, having evolved from friends to lovers, Harley Quinn Season 3 will delve deeper into their relationship as they navigate their commitment.

Till now, all we have got is Harley’s perspective, but henceforth, the episodes will delve deeper into Poison Ivy’s backstory and her point of view.

Other than this, we could see who The Joker ends up with. And according to Justin Halpern, we are about to get a standalone Joker episode as well. This will be something interesting as we have seen a new Joker perspective in the show.

HBO Max announced, on September 18, 2020, that it has ordered a third season of Harley Quinn, bringing the DC Universe original series exclusively to the new platform.

Diedrich Bader, Jim Rash, and Chris Meloni are recording lines for Harley Quinn season 3 with production officially underway.

On February 23, 2021, Patrick Schumacker revealed on Twitter that work has begun on the new episodes.
