The Hardy Boys Deal with Paranormal Mysteries in Season 2 Trailer

The Hardy Boys are returning for Season 2 and it goes beyond simple mysteries as the trailer hints at something paranormal.

Hulu dropped the official trailer for The Hardy Boys’ upcoming season and it shows what’s in store for the brothers, Frank (Rohan Campbell) and Joe (Alexander Elliott).

The clip begins with Frank wondering how nice it is to have a “normal” life again, but almost as if he jinxes it, soon one of their classmates, Dennis, goes missing.

And if it wasn’t strange enough, Frank confesses that he’s been having strange dreams about Dennis’ disappearance.

Season 2 picks up six months after the events of Season 1, and it turns out the mystical Egyptian relic they destroyed wasn’t completely gone, and Dennis’ disappearance is related to something more sinister.

The boys are speculating that something happed with the powers of The Eye and Frank is now connected to it somehow. As things get darker, the adults don’t really like the idea of the kids wandering about to chase dangerous truths.

However, the boys and their friends aren’t going to sit still as they resolve to crack the answers to some really odd and supernatural occurrences.

Hulu’s synopsis for Season 2 reads,

When a Bridgeport classmate mysteriously disappears, Frank and Joe Hardy drop their new normal routine to get back to detective work. But when they discover the mystical relic they destroyed last year is still in play, it becomes clear their simple missing person case is actually part of something far more sinister. The Hardy boys and their friends must quickly learn who they can and can’t trust as they race against time to unravel the truth, and ultimately realize that no one is safe from their past.

The Hardy Boys Season 2 will premiere with all ten episodes on Hulu on April 6.
