Eve tells Yusuf that she believes that Helene is as clueless as they are about the hierarchy of ‘The Twelve’ and that she is torturing every member to get to the next one up on the ladder. Feeling rejected by Eve, Villanelle heads to Dr. Martin’s house and sets up camp there, demanding that he ‘fix her.’

Eve makes an important discovery after befriending Helene’s ex-flame – her husband lived in Cuba. Coincidentally, the man that Carolyn connected to be one of Helene’s targets was also based in Cuba. Meanwhile, Pam gets pushed over the edge and murders her abusive brother. Eve comes back to her room and discovers that Villanelle contacted Martin posing as her.

She rushes over to Martin’s place and finds Villanelle holding him hostage. He accidentally hits his head and passes out. Eve rushes to his side to make sure he’s still alive. In a shocking turn of events, Eve reveals that she made the call and a SWAT team enters the apartment, and Villanelle is taken into psychiatric custody.
