Lucasfilm & Anime Expo Lite Announce STAR WARS: VISIONS Panel & Sneak Peek

Star Wars has become the franchise that keeps giving. Thank heavens for The Mandalorian and The Bad Batch through the pandemic and thank heavens that’s not all folks!

Star Wars: Visions from Lucasfilm will be sneak previewed at Anime Expo Lite on July 3rd followed by a panel discussion.

With host and pop culture maven Chastity Vicencio and Lucasfilm’s Jacqui Lopez (Executive Producer), James Waugh (Executive Producer), Josh Rimes (Executive Producer), and Qubic Pictures’ Justin Leach (Co-Executive Producer) and Kanako Shirasaki (Producer) will provide an inside look at Star Wars: Visions before it debuts on Disney+ this year.

Star Wars: Visions is an animated anthology that explores an all new interpretation of a galaxy far, far away that we have all come to love. Helmed by some of the greatest animation directors going, we can’t wait to get more details at Anime Expo Lite not too long from now.

Tickets to access this year’s Anime Expo Lite programming are $5 each, with all proceeds benefiting the Hate Is A Virus commUNITY Action Fund.

After the stream concludes on July 4th, ticketholders can re-watch as well as access additional programming, on a VOD basis from July 5th -16th, 2021. Anime Expo (AX) started in 1991 as “Anime Con” by the members of UC Berkeley’s anime club, Cal Animage Alpha.
