We all wanted to have a secret laboratory in our basement in our childhood. Lunella Lafayette accomplishes our collective dream and even manages to cook up an entire T-Rex in her lab. The experiment was actually supposed to do something else, but a failed endeavor birthing a friendly dinosaur is always welcome!

Lunella reacts to the unexpected arrival of a dinosaur exactly as expected; she loves it! The beast starts showing its actual utility when it helps her fight the supervillains in the city.

Needless to say, no one takes you for granted when you have a 10-ton T-Rex as your bodyguard!

Lunella also gets a reality check from her best friend when she says that Lunella can’t fight villains in an ordinary outfit. Now, that is so obvious!

Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur was announced way back in 2019. It was followed by a long stretch of silence, but the project seems to be heading towards completion as of late.

The series has some apparent similarities with Ms. Marvel, but this one has been targeted toward a much younger audience. The animation and color scheme used in the teaser are top-notch and remind us of The Powerpuff Girls, another timeless classic.
