The Glamorous trailer introduces its plot, which follows Marco as they land their ideal position within Addison’s firm, only to quickly discover it might be more challenging than expected.

The creator and executive producer of Glamorous is Jordon Nardino, who co-executively produced Star Trek: Discovery and Quantico and wrote four episodes for Glamorous season 1.

Damon Wayans Jr. and Kameron Tarlow are also executive producers for their company Two Shakes Entertainment. The show features Cattrall and Miss Benny, along with Zane Philips as Chad, Madolyn’s son and director of sales, and Jade Payton as Venetia, Madolyn’s no-nonsense assistant.

Glamorous’ narrative centers on the bond between Madolyn, whose cosmetics enterprise is struggling due to what she suspects is sabotage, and Marco, who is exploring their identity and aspirations in life.

Madolyn employs Marco to probe the alleged sabotage. In exchange, she mentors Marco on everything she has learned about business and achievement. Glamorous is also one of Cattrall’s recent LGBTQ+ projects following her role in Peacock’s Queer As Folk reboot.

Glamorous will also feature Michael Hsu Rosen as Ben, Ayesha Harris as Britt, and Graham Parkhurst as Parker. The show will pay tribute to its LGBTQ+ themes by having several renowned drag queens make cameo appearances, such as Monet X Change, who was sixth in RuPaul’s Drag Race season 10, and Charlene Incarnate, Chiquitita, and Serena Tea.

The show will explore themes of queer identity, self-worth, and trust as Marco embarks on a journey of self-discovery and Addison strives to save her empire.
