Devi and Paxton’s love story in Never Have I Ever Season 3 will soon hit the screens.
On May 8, Netflix announced the release date for the third installment with first look teasers. Never Have I Ever will return on August 12.
The teaser images are gaining attention, and rightfully so, as in the photos, Paxton, Devi, Eleanor, Kamala, Aneesa, and more look as gracious and in-their-element as ever. Additionally, we’re also introduced to a new character, Nirdesh, played by Anirudh Pisharody.
The Season 3 preview images show the school going gaga over Devi and Paxton making their relationship public. After struggling with an emotional and messy love triangle, Devi chose the college sweetheart over Ben.
However, it looks like the Indian teenager will fall back into the love triangle, thanks to her friend Eleanor telling her that she had feelings for Ben.
We’re also introduced to Nirdesh, Devi’s friends hyping her up and, of course, Devi’s mother, and a saree-clad Kamala.
Never Have I Ever Season 3 will explore numerous types of relationships. Audiences saw Eleanor and Trent spark some chemistry in Season 2, and it was the same for Kamala and Devi’s English professor, Manish Kulkarni. There are high chances for their relationships to take off in the next season.
There will also (hopefully) be more light on Devi’s mom, Nalini Vishwakumar, and her potential love interest Dr. Chris Jackson. In Season 2, when Devi finds Nalini on a date with Dr. Chris, she lashes out, and Nalini ends any chances of the relationship then and there. However, there might be a time when Devi realizes that her mother needs someone to love, too.
Considering that Never Have I Ever will wrap up with Season 4, there’s plenty of relationships, friendships, and emotions to be shown.
Never I Have Ever Season 3 will premiere on Netflix on August 12.
