After Lil Murda and Clifford reconnect, they have a discussion about their relationship. Meanwhile, Mercedes prepares for The Pynk’s grand reopening. Hailey realizes that Mercedes isn’t fully prepared for the reopening and asks Keyshawn if she’d like to headline the event.
Hailey continues to help Keyshawn in her preparations to leave her abusive boyfriend. In an attempt to decrease his credibility before the election, Wyatt anonymously reveals that Andre’s father is not dead but is actually in prison on death row. Wyatt then targets Patrice by bringing up the scandals in her past.
Keyshawn attempts to leave Derrick but he manages to convince her otherwise through his usual rounds of manipulation. Keyshawn returns to The Pynk, much to Hailey and Clifford’s dismay. Clifford and Hailey have another argument about the future of the strip club as the latter is still certain about selling it.
