Percival makes an announcement about his new rail line plan and that he intends to demolish Pop’s diner and use its location to construct a train station. When Tabitha makes it clear to him that she will not sell the diner to him at any cost, he sends a goon to shoot her. The event sends Tabitha back in time, unlocking her ability of being a time traveler. She runs into Percival at several points in history and uncovers that his mission is to bring about the demise of Riverdale.

Riverdale Season 6 Episode 12 Speculation
Tabitha travels through several points in time and has a run-in with Percival every time he tries to disrupt the town’s history in some way or the other. She finally finds the talisman she needed and travels back to the present, moments before she was shot by Percival’s goon. She attacks him first and prevents being shot and tells Jughead that she’s chronokinetic.
She tells Jughead she believes that Percival isn’t human but some form of evil and that it will take the entire gang getting together and using their special abilities to stop him. How will the gang stop Percival from acting out on his plans to destroy Pop’s, and eventually, Riverdale? Stay tuned to find out.

Riverdale Season 6 Episode 11 Recap
The episode opens in Pop’s as Tabitha, Pop, and Jughead watch Percival announce his new plans to ‘revitalize’ Riverdale on TV. He plans to introduce a railway line to bring in tourism and revenue. However, the ideal location for the train station according to him is where Pop’s diner is situated, meaning he intends to shut down the business. Tabitha is shocked and upset and tells Percival she won’t sell the diner to him at any cost.
Tabitha tries to rally support from the Riverdale gang. She first reaches out to Archie for help but he has to decline, especially now that Percival knows his weakness. Betty also warns her of the danger Percival poses. Veronica, on the other hand, plays the devil’s advocate and suggests she take the money and open up a new shop in a different, safer location. When she reaches out to Jughead, he finally comes clean about the new abilities that the gang has acquired. He also tells her that Percival can control people’s minds.
Jughead suggests that if they declare Pop’s a historical landmark and get it approved on a state level, then they might be able to save it. As the two of them are looking through old Pop’s memorabilia, someone comes into the diner and shoots Tabitha. She wakes up to realize she’s traveled back in time to 1944. Her guardian angel tells her that she’s a time traveler and needs to find a talisman of some kind so she can harness its power to go back to her own time.
