The final part of Infinity Inc. was a mindscape episode in the Shadowlands. I am not a huge fan of such episodes, mainly because they don’t accelerate the plot as such. But this one certainly did!
That said, a lot has been going on this season, some of which might come together in the next episode. So, let’s be Sherlocking!

1. Episode 9 Synopsis/Speculation
For the last episode, I theorized that Mr. Bones will likely be ultimate supervillain. He’ll be caught spying on the heroes and villains of Blue Valley in this week’s episode. Obviously, I was wrong.
The guy turned out to be a tragic character who had set out on a mission to teach people with heroic powers to live in isolation at the Helix Institute. Courtney later tries to convince him that isolation isn’t the way to deal with these people.
The big question now is whether Mr. Bones will form a team of superheroes or supervillains. Hopefully, he will make the right decision after listening to Courtney. In the end, we do see a couple of them like Tao Jones, Kritter, Penny Dreadful, and Carcharo.
The finale will definitely give us a better view of the Helix team. And hopefully Baby Boom will be a part of it.
Now, onto the the cloaked person who had been spying on all of them. Is it Cameron, Grandmother Lily, or Per Degaton – the murderous time traveler and The Flash’s nemesis?
The last one’s a very wild guess, but it can be an unexpected way to bring an ex-JSA member to life. Mr. Bones turning out to be a non-villain has left all of us (or at least me) wanting answers.
Another major plotline in the finale is Courtney telling Cameron the truth about JSA and his father. I think Rick will try to injure Courtney, and Cameron will ultimately turn back and save her.
I’ve said this in the previous speculation, and I’m repeating it; the hourglass is affecting Rick! That will indeed have its consequence in the finale. This is what makes the climax of a series great. Regardless of how hard we try to predict the ending, something completely unexpected can always happen.

Chapter 8 of the The Stargirl Season 3 series has been released on Wednesday, Nov 02, 2022 at 5:00 pm PDT. The chapter title has not been leaked yet.

Shade and Pat are trapped inside the Shadowlands and are waiting for Jennie to erase the darkness from her Green Lantern ring so everyone can regain their powers.
Meanwhile, Courtney and Jenny try to get Todd back from his Obsidian form at the Helix institute in vain. Here, we see glimpses of other characters in the Helix Institute, like Tao Jones, Penny Dreadful, and an unseen Corcharo the Man-Shark.
Mr. Bones and Courtney meet at last!
Mr. Bones explains his villainous looks and talks about his dark past, wherein he killed his own mother with his “cyanide touch.” They realize that Mr. Bones isn’t the spy they desperately want.
Jennie and Courtney are finally able to bring Todd back to his human form.

DC’s Stargirl is an American superhero television series created by Geoff Johns. It stars an ensemble of Brec Bassinger, Yvette Monreal, Anjelike Washington, Cameron Gellman, Trae Romano, Jake Austin Walker and Luke Wilson, among others.
Courtney Whitmore is smart, athletic high school teenager who stumbles upon The Cosmic Staff, passed down by Starman, and becomes Stargirl. Courtney aka Stargirl becomes the leader of new young superheroes and thus starts the teenagers’ adventures as new-age Justice Society of America.
