Greg

Shiv is the first of the siblings to arrive for the secret meeting that Ken asked of his siblings, followed by Roman and Connor. Shiv claims she’s only there to get her hands on the documents Ken has that are proof of Logan’s direct involvement whereas Roman claims he’s only there to spy. But it is clear all the siblings have their own vested interests in this meeting and are seriously considering their own positions if they were to align together and push out Logan.

Ken presents his pitch and tells them they can rebrand the company and detoxify its image. He also reassures them there would be no proxy battle with the shareholders and that they would have a settlement. The siblings seem to be growing on this idea, Shiv calls Tom and Roman reaches out to Gerri for advice. However, when a box of donuts arrives with a card addressed from Logan, the siblings immediately shift gears and refuse Ken’s deal.

Logan returns to the city from Sarajevo. Pleased with her loyalty, he offers Shiv the position of president of the company and tells her she needs her to be his eyes and ears.
