Superman & Lois Season 2 Episode 2 Speculation
The season premiere ends with an ominous fist exploding through the earth. Showrunner Todd Helbing has confirmed that this is none other than one of Superman’s most notorious enemies, Doomsday. We will get to see a showdown between the two in the upcoming episodes.
Superman will reach out for help about the visions that have been bothering him. In addition to that, there will probably be an increase in friction between Superman and the US military. Anderson even tries to co-opt Superman’s symbol through the soldiers in the mines. How will Superman tackle these challenges going forward?

Superman & Lois Season 2 Episode 1 Recap
The episode picks off right at the ending of Season 1. Louis is struggling with having met her daughter, Natalie from an alternate universe. It’s difficult for her to process this new development since it brings up the grief of having lost her daughter. The situation is tense for the Kents on the family front.
Three months later, the town has commercialized on having been saved by Superman and a lot of shops have started to sell Superman merchandise. Kyle is uncomfortable with this, thinking it will make the town a tourist trap.
Superman saves a North Korean submarine. During the rescue mission, he experiences a sensory overload from an unknown source. The American military expresses their discontentment about why he didn’t relinquish control of the submarine to the US military and Lieutenant Anderson tells him that his superiors believe Superman’s priorities are not aligned to the US’ best interests.
