Superman & Lois has finally wrapped up filming for Season 1. The CW had recently announced the show’s return for the second half of Season 1 on May 18. The series went on a brief hiatus due to a COVID-related production interruption earlier this season.
Elizabeth Tulloch, who plays Lois Lane, took to Twitter to announce that the series has completed filming for the first season of the series in Vancouver.

Superman & Lois did not air an episode this week but will return on Tuesday, July 13.
The show was renewed for a second season on March 2, less than a month after its premiere. Season 2 is expected to premiere in early 2022. According to Deadline, Sofia Hasmik, who plays journalist Chrissy Beppo in the series, has been promoted to series regular for the second season.
Superman & Lois focuses on a different aspect of Superman’s life. After years of facing supervillains, Clark Kent starts a new journey with Lois Lane as they take on one of the greatest challenges ever—dealing with being working parents. Clark and Lois worry about their sons, Jonathan and Jordan, inheriting their father’s Kryptonian superpowers as they grow older.
Superman & Lois airs on The CW on Tuesday nights at 9:00 p.m. ET. Season 1 will consist of 15 episodes, with the series finale set for August 17, 2021.
