The city is being terrorised by an expert level sniper who is shooting citizens at random. The DA herself reaches out to Robyn because the sniper made a ransom demand of $30 Million to stop shooting citizens. Robyn asks Mel, who is an expert sniper herself, for her guidance in this case. They discover the sniper’s calculations and Mel reaches out to an old contact to see if this shooter is an ex-student of his.
Meanwhile, Delilah has a PTSD attack while she’s in the park with her friend. The sniper shootings trigger a flashback to when her friend was shot. They discover the shooter’s identity, an ex-military sniper who was discharged due to mental health issues. His wife had to file a restraining order against him and took full custody of their daughter because of his anger issues.
The authorities, along with Mel, are able to uncover the attacker’s next location. But Mel walks into a trap and the attacker almost kills her but Robyn saves the day by arriving there just in time and shooting him in the back.
