The reality of CRM’s experiments get further exposed. Dr. Belshaw experiments on a live subject, who she kills with the same gas that was used to wipe out Omaha. The test subject is reanimated when she gets back to the lab after her interrogation with Jadis and Huck. Jadis interprets this as a lie and betrayal and locks Belshaw in the lab with the walker. The Walking Dead: World Beyond Season 2 Episode 7 Recap
The episode opens with Dr. Belshaw in her lab, experimenting on a live subject. She uses the same gas on him that the CRM used to kill people in Omaha. The CRM finds out about the missing vial of serum and question Dr. Belshaw about it, she ends up telling them that Leo also knows about the experiment and he too, is brought in for questioning.
During her interrogation, Dr. Belshaw sells out Leo and his family and suggests that they also be included in ‘project votus.’ When they get back to her lab, Jadis sees that her test subject that she claimed was dead, is reanimated, she is displeased with her ‘lie’ and locks Belshaw in the lab with the subject, who kills her.
Percy confronts Huck and points a gun at her. Huck tells him about the CRM’s plan to wipe out Portland just like they did with Omaha. Percy goes back to tell Iris and the gang, and they decide to gas the facility.

The Walking Dead: World Beyond is a spin-off series to the post-apocalyptic horror series The Walking Dead. The limited series is created by Scott M. Gimple and Matthew Negrete, who is also the showrunner for the series.
It stars Aliyah Royale, Alexa Mansour, Hal Cumpston, Nicolas Cantu, Nico Tortorella, Annet Mahendru, Julia Ormond, Joe Holt, Natalie Gold, Jelani Alladin and Ted Sutherland portraying main characters.
