The Walking Dead: World Beyond Season 2 Episode 8 Recap
Leo persuades the other scientists at the CRM facility to get onboard with their plan to wipe the servers. He tells them about Project Votus, which provides sufficient proof that the CRM is fully capable of committing genocide again, which ultimately convinces them. Dennis also shifts his allegiance to the CRM after Huck reveals the truth about the research to him.
Brody arrives and tries to blackmail Huck into giving him permanent residency at the CRM. She shoots him and covers it up by telling Jadis that he was threatening to reveal what happened at Omaha. Dennis and Silas arrive at Indira’s camp and help take down the CRM soldiers that were sent there to execute them. However, Dennis also ends up getting shot in the abdomen and falls to the ground.
Jadis sends soldiers after the Bennetts but they’d already escaped through the floors and into the mining tunnels thanks to a heads up from Huck. They take Mason, Major General Beale’s son with them so they have some leverage for when the CRM comes after them. They successfully escape the facility and blow up the entrance to the tunnels so they cannot be followed.
