“Party Like It’s 1859” of Disney Kids’ Doki Adventures is streaming on Apple TV+ now. “Party Like It’s 1859” is the first part of the twelfth episode of the second season of the children’s show that premiered on the channel in 2013. The episode contains much of what made the show a hit—time travel, songs, and Doki and his lively group of friends.

Doki Adventures, also simply known as Doki, is an adventure comedy children’s TV series that premiered on Discovery Kids. It follows a six-year-old dog named Doki and his group of friends, Mundi the ladybug, Oto the anteater, Anabella a hot pink flamingo, Gabi the goat and Fico the blue otter.

The series ran for four seasons and last aired in 2019. During this time, it collected a following because of its novel stories. “Party Like It’s 1859” is one of the more popular episodes of the show.

When the gang plans to throw a high-tech party, the electricity goes out. They set out looking for a place where there is electricity and their plane crashes in a historical village in the year 1859—when electricity was not there.

Doki was directed by Brandon Lloyd and the voice cast includes Griffin Hook, Tara Emo, Caden Hughes, Katie Grant, and others.

About Doki

Doki is a Canadian adventure comedy show for kids. It premiered on Disney Kids on April 15th, 2013. The first two seasons were directed by Brandon Lloyd and the third season was directed by Gary Hurst.

Doki revolves around the titular character, a six-year-old dog, and his group of friends- a ladybug, an anteater, a goat, a flamingo and a blue otter. Their adventures are the main focus of the show.
