Yellowjackets Season 1 Episode 8 Recap
Tai and the group prepare to burn Van’s body, assuming she’s dead after the wolf attack. But to everyone’s surprise, she’s still alive and they immediately remove her from the fire pit. In the present day, Shauna’s daughter confronts her about cheating on her father. She tells her it’s suspicious that Adam doesn’t exist on the internet and maybe he’s only with her so he can sell the story of sleeping with a Yellowjacket.
Tai struggles to get Van back to the bank because she’s still gravely injured. She tells the rest of the group to go ahead first. Tai and Van finally make it to the camp and Van screams as she is in excruciating pain.
In the present, Misty stops Nat from falling off the wagon and doing drugs again. Nat discovers the hidden camera Misty planted in her house. The two have an argument and Misty tells Nat about how she found out that Travis’ bank account was emptied after he died and she should be thankful she went to such lengths to stop her from relapsing.
Shauna tells Tai she’s having an affair. She later goes to Adam’s apartment and asks him to tell her more about himself. He admits to lying about having gone to Pratt. In a flashback scene from the past, Laura declares she’s going to fly the plane out of the wilderness, especially now that Van needs urgent medical attention. However, the plane explodes soon after ascending, killing Laura.
