Young Rock S3 E4 Release Date, Recap, and Speculation

Dwayne Johnson has lived a life full of ‘content.’ Who doesn’t want a life like The Rock?

But his life story is a blended broth of ecstasy, despair, and everything in between. He decided to make a TV series out of his life a few years back.

The show does a fair job of blending flashbacks with flash-forwards to a future where Dwayne Johnson is running for President.

In an interview with Leilua, Ata Johnson revealed that the plot of season 3, episode 3, is one of her favorites. The episode is different because it deals with a big mishap in Rocky Maivia’s life and narrates how his family helped him overcome it.

1. Season 3 Speculation

This week’s episode focuses solely on baby Dwayne’s life. His father, Rocky Maivia, suddenly gets his contract terminated by WWF. Once a rich man, Rocky has difficulty accepting his bad patch.

Ata helps him talk to his mother, and he joins PPW. This is where he meets his nemesis in this episode, Lars Anderson.

In the end, Ata and Rocky give Lia the ultimatum that either he stays or Lars. Lia seems to not care for Rocky anymore and clearly favors Lars. Will Rocky leave the PPW for good? If so, then how will he revive his career?

The ending of episode 3 hints at the couple starting their own wrestling promotional company. Will it be a success? The next episode will show us the aftermath of Ata’s big decision to not be associated with PPW anymore.

Now 2032’s Rocky is facing a big dilemma. He has refused to help the President, but Randall is hell-bent on changing his mind.

And Randall succeeds in the end. We will be in for another hilarious exchange between the President and Dwayne in the next episode!

This week’s episode was different from the quintessential Young Rock installments we see weekly. It addressed failures and family and how both worked together to help someone resurrect themselves.

Chapter 4 of the Young Rock Season 3 series has been released on Friday, Dec 02, 2022 at 5:30 pm PDT. The chapter title has not been leaked yet.

Ata motivates him and talks to her mom Lia so that she can hire him for PPW.

In Rocky’s first match, his comeback gets entirely dwarfed by the antics of Lars Anderson. Rocky and Ata get frustrated and ask Lia to fire Lars.

By this time, it is clear that Lars has won the empathy and favor of Lia, and she refuses to part with him. So, Lars and Ata bid farewell and part ways.

In 2032, Randall tries his heart and soul to convince Dwayne to help the President. Stubborn at first, Rocky finally gives in and agrees to have a second meeting.

Young Rock (2021) is an American sitcom that narrates the life of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson in a comical way. The series is developed by Nahnatchka Khan and Johnson himself. The series has received generally positive reviews from critics. In April 2021, the series was renewed for a second season.

As Dwayne Johnson runs for President in 2032 in Young Rock, he takes a comedic look back at his life through his family and youth’s stories, which helped him become who he is. Each episode involves Johnson participating in an interview or other conversation which leads him to flashback to a story from one of three periods of Johnson’s life: as a ten-year-old in Hawaii; as a high school student in Pennsylvania; and as a college student and football player at the University of Miami.
