The upcoming MCU series, which will wrap up Phase Four of The MCU along with Black Panther, is set to premiere on Disney+ on August 17, 2022. She-Hulk: Attorney at Law will be very different from previous MCU shows, with a comedic flair and a superhero who prefers saving the day without ever using her powers.
Tatiana Maslany, who plays the titular character in the comedy-legal drama, has discussed the Daredevil cameo in the show’s trailer and has shared a vague but exciting insight into the role of the other lawyer-turned-superhero in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law.
The upcoming show, directed by Kat Coiro and Anu Valia, will follow the story of Jennifer Walters learning how to balance her superhero identity and her professional life as an attorney to superhumans. New dangers appear in her path to figuring out her life, including a return of The Abomination and the debut of a new villain Titania.
The trailer’s release at Comic-Con 2022 and Charlie Cox’s appearance at the end with a new superhero costume had fans buzzing about the return of the blind vigilante/lawyer. Tatiana Maslany told Deadline at SDCC that fans should be excited for Matt Murdock in the show, and he will be “amazing.”
I don’t want to say anything. I just want to say that it was—I think the fans will be really happy because he’s amazing. He’s really amazing.
The new red-and-yellow suit that Matt Murdock has donned was also featured in animation during the Spider-Man: Freshman Year panel. Marvel’s panel at Hall H has booked Charlie Cox’s Daredevil in several projects after his last appearance in Spider-Man: No Way Home.
Fans are glad to see that Cox will be reprising his role again in the newly announced 18-episode series Daredevil: Born Again, after Netflix canceled the Daredevil series. Murdock will also appear in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law, Echo, and Spider-Man: Freshman Year.
Charlie Cox’s Daredevil playing a big role in She-Hulk: Attorney at Law makes sense since both superheroes fight battles against injustice in the courtroom and out of it. Kat Coiro has teased an even bigger storyline for Daredevil in the upcoming MCU series since they “just keep writing him in,” and fans can expect a satisfactory return of the exceptional lawyer.
