Superman & Lois Season 2 Episode 3 Recap
Superman tries to investigate the tremors from the Shuster mines, but the visions overpower him again. Clark has an outburst when Jordan suggests he might reveal the truth about his powers to Sarah to get back together with her. He later apologizes to both his sons and speaks to Jordan privately. He tells him that if in one year he still feels the same way about Sarah, they can reconsider this conversation.
Lois is struggling with her own set of challenges as her journalistic credibility is being questioned due to the reappearance of cult leader Ally Allston. With Sam’s help, she’s able to get in touch with her sister to talk about her experiences in the cult. The underground monster in the mines finally breaks free.
Superman struggles to make it through the battle with the monster. The military arrives on the scene as well. Henry suits up as Steel and is barely able to assist Superman before getting knocked down himself. He is able to break a piece of the helmet and the face revealed is similar to that of Superman’s. The creature speaks in an unknown language and flees the scene.
