Sandra Bullock-Channing Tatum’s The Lost City Of D Wraps Filming!

Channing Tatum takes to Twitter to share an adorable video of him with co-star Sandra Bullock, celebrating the wrap of their film The Lost City of D.

In his jovial caption, Tatum writes about sharing the same brain with Bullock and a budding admiration for her. This is the very chemistry we’d like to see in the “cutthroat jungle romance” that the move helms itself to be.

It will have Bullock as a reclusive novelist who goes about on a book tour with her novel’s cover model, played by Tatum.

Little do the two know that they will get entangled in a kidnapping attempt, à la “an old-fashioned star vehicle as well as a screwball adventure featuring mismatched leads,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.

As Tatum lifts Bullock in his arms to dive into a studio-made pool one last time, the hints to coastal underwater scenes give us something to munch on as we wait for official stills and teasers from the film.

The film came into light last October when Bullock signed on with directors Aaron and Adam Nee taking charge. The script is provided by Seth Gordon and Dana Fox.

You can also expect to see Daniel Radcliff, Patti Harrison, Oscar Nunez, Da’Vine Joy Randolph and Brad Pitt in the film.

Production only began in May this year but the film has already made progress with an early cut on principal photography.

Many are eying the Tatum-Bullock duo to evaluate the success of the upcoming movie. If the video is anything to go by, a breezy, fun spring flick is in order!

The Lost City of D will be in theatres, April 15, 2022.
